Tannhauser Posted July 15, 2004 Share Posted July 15, 2004 On mine, you can see if the pump is still working by quickly removing one of the electrical contacts that sit under a rubber boot (if that's the right word) in the engine bay. The pump judders and you can (iirc) see the tube move as fluid tries to shift within it. Don't know if it is advisable to do this for very long... This works with key in ignition in such a position that other electrical things operate. How you know whether it is being triggered correctly is another question. I believe that there is a display unit, but it's not especially cheap. Hopefully someone like CW will answer this more fully. Cliff Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Easy. have an LED across the terminals on the presure switch - obviously the LED is inside the car!.. when the pump runs, the LED lights up. Or You could get the Aquamist Dash Disply 2... like me.
