(Copy the item number before you start) You have to work your way through a few pages to get to the point where you have jumped though all the hoops they make you to do because they don't really want folks upsetting their scamming customers. I've had mixed results, if it's blatant (and doesn't need specialist knowledge to see) and the auction has a few days to run they will help.
