Underworld
Remembered I had a leaky damper? Ive got my new rear dampers ordered, do you just take the springs off the old ones and put them on the new ones?.
RedM
No. With the new ones you don't need springs. It's all done by magic.
Rayman
Would fitting new dampers dramatically improve ride quality? Or are all supra's bumpy as hell? Mines on 17s too stock ride height, cant imagine what 19s on lowering springs would be like!
shimmydude
Yes, you do use the old springs Underworld. Easier to look at it as you are just replacing the old (leaky) dampers with the new ones, keeping everything else the same. Rayman, depends on what kind of dampers you fit. 17's do make the ride bumpier, but shouldnt be bumpy as hell. your stock ones may just be worn and in need of replacing. Good dampers are adjustable from softer ride, to harder ride, but overall they will be a little more "sturdy" than stock.
