Not in the North East im afraid but i know a good place in Burnley. Guess it just depends how far you wanna travel. See my sig for details.

Do they just paint them? i found that painting them does not last it is better to have them sandblasted and re dipped

He has a garage that backs onto a garage that we had our Volvo resprayed at. His name is Greg. I have seen his supra, but not stopped in to talk to him. He knows my soop as he saw it before he bought his.

I can fully refurb and repaint a full set any colour for £100 seen as your a supra owner! lol

I cant chrome or polish as yet though.

If you want I can post them back to you.

PS. Thanks Gaz, you'll be on comission soon!

I have a question - how much of the wheel do you paint?

I had my Porsche ones done at my last service in May. It was expensive (£100 per wheel) - and when I took one of the wheels off I discovered only the visible part is painted. Everything behind the spokes is grey primer.

Apparently this is how it's commonly done - unless you ask for the whole wheel to be done. But I wasn't that impressed!

I usualy ask first and put an extra £20 on depending on condition, sometimes if they need sandblasting it can get expensive but no where near £100 per rim.

The wheels I have are 19" split rims wit the lip polished.

They werent in the best condition when I bought the car lots of kirbing ans 1 of the rear ones has a doind on the inside edge which would need heating up and knocking back into shape.

dipped ?

Dipped as in Powder coated.........

alloys are painted to begin with, if they are painted correctly they are as good if not better than factory

I found the ones we had painted went a dull grey colour after a couple of months
