crashoverride Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 im hopeing some one can please help. firstly i have a 94 N/A, looked under the hood yesterday for ideas on how to fit an induction kit. i was gob smacked to see all these wires an plugs , tubes coming from the stock air intake . can any one please give me an idea or point me towards a picture guide for fitting an induction kit and can any one recomend an induction kit please. i was thinking if making me own but got well put of by all the wires etc. im confused please sooth my head ache:banghead: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yep.....your stock one i was thinking if making me own but got well put of by all the wires etc. Would it be better than Toyotas design, would it offer you a considerable power gain and excellent filteration Most chaps go with the stock box as its far superior in every way If I were going to do it, I would try to use the stock plastic pipe and an apexi filter and maybe build a cold air box around it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In the last couple of days I have read that it isn't worth changing the air filter as there will be no power gains, is this proven, or why do people think this?? But don't let that deter you from spending good money to find out for yourself. There are no cheap and dirty ways to make the n/a faster with bolt-on bits.
