steve0 Posted November 6, 2006 Share Posted November 6, 2006 we took in a wild kitten years ago shes 19 now still a bit of nutter low when we got her she came from a friend of my mums who owned a house just outside town she found a liter of them so her brother an sisters were round about us as some of my neighbours take some an boy was she wild was really cute low but she had to be handled slowey as she would rip your finger off if she could had to keep her in hutch inside the house so she could get used to humans she lovely now stays indoors now but she was always bringing dead things home when she was out still gives you a scratch now and again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

outatime Posted November 7, 2006 Author Share Posted November 7, 2006 I put them back last night with some food, water, shelter and a blanket. One stayed in the crate eating, but the other one ran off straight away looking for its mother. I think the one kitten could be domesticated quite easily, but the other ginger one is mental. It went for my Jack Russell from inside the pen, she ran out of the front door and off down the road. I checked on the kittens again this morning and they were both in the wood pile again, it's probably warm enough in there. I'll put some food out again later and keep an eye out for the mother, I hope she hasn't rejected them. I'll sort out some pictures of my actual pet, and my wild ones when I get back from Dublin.
