markrzs Posted November 4, 2006 Share Posted November 4, 2006 Right, i've connected all the wires according to the "how to" on the mkiv.com site But when I start the car it runs very lumpy and then cuts out I've tried resetting the ecu but with no luck ?? Is the earth wire connected to the ECU ground wire or an actual grounding point? Earthing to the ECU cover bolt usually works well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
