Windscreen washer jets

There's a little rubber bung on the underside of the bonnet. Remove that and you can poke a screwdriver in and depress the little plastic tab that's preventing the jet from coming out.

It's a bit fiddly though.

I went in from the top - there is a flexible tab at each side, these sit inside the hole in the bonnet to hold it in place. 2 credit cards (one each side) slide nicely under the rubber 'washer' and allow you to push in both tabs at once.

When you pull the jet off keep a tight hold of the rubber pipe, if you let it slip inside the bonnet it could be a PITA to get back out.

Pic of a jet that's been removed to give you an idea of what I'm on about:

Speaking as a reformed offender myself, this wouldn't have anything to do with blue LED jets?

:twak:

i'm almost certain psymon is just changing his jets for some 'upgraded' ones rather than chavvy ones.

possibly to go with a carbon bonnet?
