Do you mean the black part of the cables that lie towards the back of the engine bay?? if you do i covered mine on my old car with a piece of silicon pipe, just split it lengthways and put it over, no need to feed it over the end. With the split facing downwards you cant tell. Make sense??

Just measure the throttle cable get a length of pipe slightly bigger diamiter and cut it straight bown the middle the full length of the pipe and put it over the top of the throttle cable. Try and cut it as straight as you can. When fitted be sure to put the cut to the bottom so it is not visable.
