tango
What I mean is just an oil & filter change at the Halford / AA center, with that price I can change it every 3k miles.
toyotasuprauk
I got mine done a halfords too or in fact its the AA service centre on the side of Halfords. I was going to buy the oil myself but it would have cost more than getting them to do it. I bought the genuine Toyota oil filter and got them to do the change which cost £30 for Mobil 1. Will get it done every 3000 or 6 months which in my case is a bit less than 3000 miles. Seems like a good price to me and any garage can do an oil change. I mentioned I was going to change my fuel filter soon too they said its a shame you haven't got one as they would have done that whilst it was up there for an extra £5! The guy even knew Dudes Supra its that famous around here!

Paul
For my money it's got to be Valvoline Synpower or it's latest name 'racing' or whatever? Also, genuine filter only. Just got both of mine off Gaz for £35/oil and £12/13? TRD filter. OK, so that's not including labour, but it's worth doing it yourself and knowing you used the bollocks parts. Gaz Walker
You'll find you'll need more than 5/5.5l - everytime I've done it on different Supras its more like 6.5-7! The Synpower stuff is great, esp for the money. Royal Purple is very good stuff too but is real expensive. Gaz.

But as it comes in 4L containers, two will cover it with enough for top up. Paul
