Right, I'm going to fit it now, but just wondered what people found was the best way of cutting additional holes for the flippy windows switch, and also my immobiliser thingy. Any particular method proved effective? Want a nice neat finish you see so stanley knife probably not the best idea!

I used a leatherman on mine! = looks fine to me. I see no harm in using a stanley with a new blade
