toyotasuprauk
I bought a brand new boxed Mira mixer shower on ebay for a great price. It arrived boxed but the box had previously been opened and the shower front had a scratch. Not that bad but I was still a bit annoyed as this always seems to be my luck. I emailed the seller about the scratch and he apologised it was damaged and told me to order the part from Mira and he would give me a refund for the part. The part was £36, it’s arrived and the shower is now perfect but I’ve emailed the seller twice about the refund for the £36 and they are now ignoring me. Not sure if it’s worth contacting paypal or ebay about or leaving bad feedback or just forgetting about it as I still saved loads over b&q prices. What would you do? BASHTHEBISHOP
I can tell you now paypal and ebay will do nothing. Negative feedback if no repsonse in 5 days is your only chance to even the score a bit for your £36. Could also sign there email address up for every crap spamming site on the net.
