wet seat belt

what could cause the passenger seat belt to be wet,

 

the only thing i can think of is the seal on the rear part of the window,

 

somehow some water has got through

I had similar on the drivers side after I replaced the winding mechanism....the window looked as though it sealed against the rubber properly, but there was a wee gap I hadnt noticed and water dripped in. If theres nowt obviously wrong with the seal, it could be as simple as that...the glass needs adjusting further out at the bottom so it closes further in at the top, or the glass is hitting the top front before the rear corner hits the seal ??
