twijesiri
This maybe another stupid question, but here goes. I’ve got a HKS stainless steel exhaust and its really badly tarnished. At first I thought it was rust but I am pretty sure it tarnished. I’ve tried anti rust paint that doesn’t work and wire wool got rid of a bit. But I really want to get it back to its original state, I can’t stand these this yellow spots everywhere. So if any one has an idea how get it looking great again please let me know. uk-rich
i'd start with some good tar remover, and get the "thick" off before you try any sort of metal polish

Rob
I tried Autosol but it never cleaned anything, imagine my surprise when I realised I was using Anusol. (awaits tailpipe joke)
Stu Storm
You could always go back to 2000 grit paper and work back to the solvol?? I have used all the "metal polishers" and still find the solvol does the best job on stains, rust and tarnish etc!
