simonas
I just bought my supra last week and noticed that on the front the car has 245/40zr 18's yet on rear 255/35 zr18's The profile is bigger on the rear than on front. should it be other way round and should there be a difference anyway. I only ask as I think it looks a bit odd!!! cheers
Daston
Yeah thats fine its because the rears are wider so the profile is smaller to sort out the cercumfrance (spelling???). The standard 17's are 235/45/17 front and 255/40/17 on the rear

Class One
Don't forget that a profile figure is a percentage of the width.
simonas
good stuff that explains it. so when I replace tyres I should go with the same. You can see the difference in profiles though which is what annoys me!!
