hob
Is it possible to bend carbonfibre? I guess the fact it is heat resistant would mean a very high temp required, probably more than I have @ home are carbonfibre bits that are bent done so during the construction process? I have 1mm sheet carbon fibre that I would need a little bend in to "hook" over something, is it possible?

TLicense
Depends how much you want to bend it. You can usually form it a little by heating it up with a hot air gun on the hottest setting. It won't bend by much though, but then that's dependant on the lay-up. Yes carbon fibre is generally shaped during the "construction" or laminating process. dandan
If you're trying to bend it enough to "hook over something" then it sounds like you're asking too much.

I was actually trying to do this: http://www.scribbleproductions.co.uk/stuff/coolingpanel2.jpg looks a bit of a bend though?
ivan
Lay a fresh one up from scratch using mat and resin. Would be far easier and less likely to cut you to pieces when it shatters. (Believe me, I know!)
