guye_d
Really... I'm thinking, it u give it a ragging immediately after resetting, the car will dump more fuel .... because from what i understand the ECU learns based on your driving style
JamesG
Nah, the fuelling required at any given time is a function of engine speed and load (and other sensors). Your "driving style" isn't a factor. Perhaps some car ECUs do change their behaviour based on this, but I doubt the Supra does. I think some fly-by-wire systems provide different throttle response, but this is more likely to be control by a button (like a "sport" mode), than looking at the way you are driving. chilli
just take it for some runs, at first it will probably hold back a bit on each run but after a few it will open up. Mine took around 3 full throttle runs up to high revs before full boost was restored, but I don't think there is a pattern or any official steps to follow.
