Horn Wiring

Three months on I still have no horn. I've re-wired twin air horns in, put a cable direct from the relay to the steering wheel, but cant find a safe way through - as the wheel turns its eventually going to cut through the wire. The existing wire (which I cant use as it earthed and I think I need a power supply) goes onto the disc behind the wheel (taken all plastic casing off) but then nothing. Does anyone know where the cable is that feed through to the horn? Is it with the bundle that also does lights, indicators, and I'm guessing wipers etc. If so, does anyone know what colour cable I'd be looking for if I open up the wiring???
