Free Fuel Anyone?

No, not the pipeline card. This is a genuine £3000 of free petrol, you just need to buy a new Subaru to claim it :sly:

From Pistonheads:

"If you're in the market for a Scoobie, now might be the time to buy, as the company's summer incentive scheme kicks in.

With fuel costs at their highest for 20 years, Subaru UK has announced that it'll give away fuel vouchers worth £3,000 in its biggest-ever freebie. Subaru reckons it's the equivalent to nearly two years’ free fuel for the average driver -- although our calculations show that a hard-driven car returning 20mpg at £0.96/litre will complete just 13,766 miles before the giveaway runs out."

I used to get that a lot, I thought it was because I mumbled!! I resorted to saying Toyota Supra every time to make sure!! Still see people from months ago that say "You used to have a Scooby didn't you?" grrrrr.

i think that's brilliant. when i was in the states, i remember an advert for the new Jeep & they were advertising your 'gas' paid for till 2007. i was day dreaming about some crazy fool doing the same in the UK!
