outatime
I've had nagging thoughts of selling my Supra for a while now, and they are getting more and more frequent so I *might* take the plunge. I don't get chance to use it much anymore, mainly due to a lack of time and because I tend to drive my company car. I take the Supra out at least once a week, but it usually just to give it a run. I am finding it hard to justify keeping a car that has given me four years of excellent service, but now spends most of its life in my garage. Other factors such as the rapidly deteriorating image bother me, and I don't think I need a 'fun' car at the moment. A new kitchen would be nice I don't know, just thinking out loud really. Anyone else have these moments?

Alex
If it feels right then sell it....after all it's never going to be worth more money than it is now.
outatime
The kitchen bit was a joke, i'm getting a new one whether I sell the car or not The car just doesn't hold the same allure for me that it once did, simple as that. My decision would be based on that, not financial reasons. I've had it four years now, it might be time to move on. I'll probably end up keeping it, I don't know. stupra
What would you replace the soop with if you sold it mate ?, 350z ?, or would you not bother ?. The only thing i'd say is that you might not use it that much, but you might miss it alot if you sell.

Its supposed to be fun, once thats gone its just expensive

I use my Navara a lot of the time as I always seem to have big things to carry as I am doing my houses up. As far as alternatives - are there any? Stuff like Elises and Caterhams don't float my boat - no power. An Audi S8 might be an option, but they are a bit anonymous. I am going to buy Autotrader later and have a browse, but TBH if I did sell i'd probably put the money in the bank until I feel another car calling me. outatime
Tell you what...I'll borrow it for a few months, if you still don't miss it sell it Hmmmm, tempting offer but I am going to have to say no It would probably be a bit slow compared to your last one anyway and is it not a UK manual you need to complete the set? The more I think about it, the more it looks like I will keep the Supra. I'll have a beer fuelled conversation with my mates at the weekend just to be sure either way

outatime
I'm selling mine, it is an n/a and is fine but i want power and room so am after an Aristo Fair enough, at least you have a decent reason to sell which is more than I can muster. The Aristo is another alternative, but I am not a fan of the way it looks. I'll take my Supra out for a run along the coast at lunchtime, that should settle any doubts
