chriseltham
Hi all, Had a small leak in my radiator and put some radseal in (mmmmm maybe i shouldnt), it stoped the leak, but now the heater matrix is blocked (can tell coz no hot air and pipe in is v hot and pipe out is only just warm), about to go and reverse flush the matrix, first just with a hose pipe and then if that doesnt shift any gunk, with a flushing agent, any hints/tips from those who have done this before? Cheers, Chris
dude
The way i do it is to put 2 hoses onto the inle and outlet so your not leaning over the wing all the time and use a small pressure washer going from one to the other , if its really bad i have used a drain cleaner type stuff (one shot etc) but this can be disastrous if the matrix is weak (unlikely) Dude:flame Dev
