ManwithSupra
Now i know you can get these for other cars but i have never seen a soop with these installed. I think they are a good idea cos the weight of the bonnet on 1 arm when its up makes the whole thing kinda twist a bit...i have always been wary of that anyone have bonnet lifters installed or know where i can get some ? P.s its not chavy is it ??

Rob Dublin
You should be able to get unversal ones, once you know the weight/pressure (?) rating they need to be.

Gaz Walker
My Aristo has them factory fitted. AFAIK Top Secret are the only company do a set that are a bolt on to the Supra, although with a little fettling, nearly all should fit. Even the £40 ones off Ebay. Gaz. Rob Dublin
Choose carefully if you go for universal ones... a bonnet on the back of the noggin while refilling your washer bottle is sure to be unpleasant.

supRo
I think it was Tein who do them as well - cheaper than Top Secret?? Try contacting these people....maybe get some prototyped and then a group buy! I was going to do this but I was too lazy: hello, my new struts were fitted saturday, and are working great , tailgate lifts smoothly on its own . the company who ive been working with are now happy to provide new struts to members. the price of the struts is £89.30, including vat and p+p back to you. you will however have to take your old ones off and send them to the company as they need the ends for re fabrication , it was the easyiest way around fixing . the company is M S engineering, 5 the graylins, bedford, mk 41 9bh phone 01234 772255 ask for mike thanks peter
