Matt Harwood
That will only tell you that the pump has power to it... Not that it is working!
Lucifer
That will only tell you that the pump has power to it... Not that it is working! I was under the impression that it was a flow display not a power display. Ive been using it for a couple of years now.
Tricky-Ricky
Or get the Display from Aquamist Good advice;) as you have no way of telling if you have any problems, ie blocked jet, no water etc, so if your using the water injection as intended to enable you to lean out AFR a bit and advance the timing, you are asking for trouble. Tricky-Ricky
I was under the impression that it was a flow display not a power display. Ive been using it for a couple of years now. DDS2 and DDS3 will both tell you about problems and flow if configured right.
TRD3000GT
That will only tell you that the pump has power to it... Not that it is working! As far as Im aware the pump does not see any voltage untill its automatically turned on by the solenoid.. If it does then of course this would not work. Oops! - Sorry, you hadn't posted when I typed that. I was talking about the LED connected to the power lines. A flow display is what you want. Lucifer
Yes thats right Matt it would only indicate current to the pump. The flow meter is the way to go Charlie.

Supra ST Myster
i have connected mine off the relay that switches on the pump, so when the pump is running the light comes on, very easy to do. Just connect one side to +12V and then the other side of the LED to the N/O of the relay, proving its 0V that is switching for the pump to work, Make sure the LED has a resistor in series.
