Ray
hi there guys, I have UK Spec brakes and i Just fitted some new brake pads a couple of days ago. Now i have a problem! Seems like the brake on one wheels is always on! i.e when i stop on a hill i dont even need to press the brakes and the car remains stationery! I can also feel resistance whilst pulling of at traffic lights etc Any ideas as to what it is... The calipers cant have seized? Since they were working perfectly before the new pads were fitted... Thanks in advance. Ray
SEDGE
They can sometimes sieze when you push the piston all the way back for the new pads

absz
you can normally just take the pad out and press the brake pedal gently so the piston comes out further and use some brake cleaner and wire wool to clean the piston with. make sure you don't pump the brake pedal to much or the piston will pop out:blink: .
