Dave F Posted April 25, 2006 Share Posted April 25, 2006 My friends volvos battery ran right down at the weekend so we jump stared it and while attatched to another car it runs fine. Shortly after removing the jump leads it cuts out and wont start again unless re jumped. With the headlights on whilst revving the engine there is no change in brightness of the bulbs, which made me think altenator probs, but now I am thinking its just the battery not holding the charge what do you guys think?
