charlton
Stupid things they are, my memory stick full of MP3s are not recognised by the thing, my pics are found though - maybe they need to be in a certain folder?
MR.B
There are both music and photo folders on the psp. If you copy them to anywhere else it wont recognise them.
Whitesupraboy2
also you need to format the memory card on the PSP not the computer to get the folder strucure
Kittyclaws
did you use the pc's own wizard? i did once,, and nothing was found. It looked like my pc had put the files in the psp's core program.if i want to transfer stuff, i use software that i got from the shop. ( psp xploder ) you can do music etc, but cant do dvd's due to copyrights
Animal
As said, you need to have the correct things in the correct folders. You can create a single sub-folder in the Music and Pictures folder, any more than that and it won't see anything. EG: PSP\Music\Artist\Song.mp3 or PSP\Photos\Supra\Weasel.jpg works fine but: PSP\Music\Artist\Album\Song.mp3 won't work. Also, the PSP will only read mp3 files unless you have the latest firmware upgrade and have enabled the WMA support (you need wireless internet access to do this) I just drag & drop stuff using windows explorer and have had no problems (as long as the card is formatted on the PSP first) Hope this helps
