For cars over ten years old they are offering a free to join loyalty discount scheme. Membership apparently gets you 15% off parts and 40% off labour. Theer is a lesser scheme for cars over four years old. They are doing this in recognition that people are taking their cars to non-franchised garages in preference to continuing to pay their sky-high labout rates (currently £71 per hour). I'm not 100% sure whether the parts discount applies to parts bought over the counter but I should recieve my sign up pack within a few days. Call them on 01603 480000 and ask for Kerry for details.
