Seb
Right, I was coming back from Flame and Thunder and I noticed that my boost controller was playing up. I've got the old, old skool Blitz DSBC, and basically the display was going on and off repeatedly while I was driving. It calmed down a bit after a short while, but continued to flicker off and back on every so often. I suspect it might be a loose connection, but I can't be certain. Does anyone have any ideas/advice? Cheers Seb
THOR Racing
You seem to have diagnosed the problem yourself. You're the best person to go and look at the wiring. Hold the box and wiggle it. Does it do the same? Try wiggling different parts of the loom connected to it until you find the culprit. Bad wiring/connections sounds likely. Seb
Ok, so now my boost controller doesn't work at all. It doesn't even turn on. I checked the connections to the unit today, they seem fine, nothing loose, so what's the next step? Thanks guys Seb

Seb
Um... I'm an idiot in that respect How would one go about doing such things? Seb
Willson
Yeah, I would check all the fuses in the under bonet box and the one in the drivers foot well. It does sounds like its a power connection issue though. I always check the power is good with a bulb. . Its usually obvious which is the power lead on the unit (big/red or brown hopefully marked?) connect a bulb between the power lead and the chassis (or another ground) to see if power is getting through. I am obviously no expert but this may help
