DIY questions - replacing rear wheel bearings

Bob

Recommended Posts

From what I've read (yes, I did use the search button! :D ), the rear bearings aren't a DIY job unless you happen to own a bloody great press.

I want to get these done asap, but have been quoted £205 per side for labour only by my local Mr. T

So what I was wondering, is it possible to do most of the work myself and then take the parts to someone with a press to finish the job off? As you can tell, I haven't had time to read through the EPC thingy yet.
