I would put away how much you normally spend each day on a daily basis and stick a picture of those wheels up next to where you normally smoke, gives you a goal to aim for. or be like me Spend loads more money on a daily basis and spoil yourself rotton and just say "would have spent it on fags anyway" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
