maxaerott
Hi all i have 94 tt auto and ive had the little niggling faults sorted which some of you my be aware of but now its still showing fault 42. the cars running ok but when i get to just after 4000 rpm and about to boost fully the car jurks really badly as though there is a fuel cut also the changing of the gears is fair more jurky than it ever has been befor. Could all this be related to the TPS ? Any ideas ? Max
Class One
What mods (if any) are you running?
eyefi
Could all this be related to the TPS ? yes it could but it also sounds like there could be something else. download the tps diagnostic check from mkiv.com and do the multimeter tests, lets see from there. eyefi
you need a new one if you can't get it in spec. you adjust it by loosening the 2 screws that hold it to the throttle body, rotating and retightening when in spec.
