colsoop
I have a set of polished TT cam covers for sale, they are £70 plus your old ones in exchange. Please note it is only the outside that is polished. I did it this way as unless you have one of those cool clear timing case covers then you will never see the inside part if it was polished except for when doing a plug change. You may also need to get from Mr T the gaskets for the above: 11214-46011 £4.88 11213-46020 £5.20 I would also get some of the washers as spare because some of them stick: 90210-07001 cheers colin
Lucifer
Can I ask a question please. Does the polishing get into all teh nooks and crannies, as the set I bought a while ago didnt and it kinda looks bad.
colsoop
Hi there, there aren't really any nooks and crannies on the exterior of the cam covers, It is more the inner part(the bit the plastic cover sits on) that has the tricky to reach sections. Lucifer
I have indicated where my covers are not well polished and still have rough blackness. TBH yours look very good.
colsoop
You could probably lessen the effects of the blackness with a good metal polish and a cloth and cotton bud for the very hard to reach spots.
