lovatt
i know this has been mentioned before but does anybody have info on doing this as my instructions are in japanese. i understand clockwise adjustment is tighter spring and anti is less tention on the spring but how sensitive the adjustment ? will putting less tention on the spring make it louder ? looking at the pictures on the box there is to stages to the "blow off" but mine only ever makes a squeak/whistle sound, is there another sound ? Alex
The SSQV whistle's. The Apex'i and Blitz whoosh. The SSQV nut should only be turned a 1/4 at a time and tested. Default is fine unless you notice an air leak. By losening the the nut you will create an air leak. By over tightening you'll stop it opening. Some can hold a different nose fillament which changes the pitch of the noise as the air rushes past it. But if nothing is wrong there is no *gain* to be had by adjusting it. Jason
Where is the default setting? I played with mine when I first got it,now I'm thinking that perhaps I shouldn't have. I want to put it back to default so that I know it's right.
