where is the stock narrowband O2 sensor signal

where MOS? Im a little confused..

 

There are 4 whires.

 

One white,, goes to the dash lights.. thats fine..

 

Red,, +12v.. ok...

 

 

Black,, Negative ... thats fine

 

The O2 wire violet??? apparently goes to the first sensor on the top CAT?? but which wire ? or Is this even correct?

You are right the violet wire goes to the o2 signal but is simply joined into the wire by either splicing or scotch lock, if you have only one wire (coming from your sensor) then its that wire but if you have more (heated sensor) let me know and ill tell you the correct colour

 

You can also get universal sensors for about 30

Everyhting on my car seems to be sorted now,, going to see Leon on Thursday morning to have yet another clutch FW install...

 

hope he is kind with the bill,,,, :conf: I only had it done 3 wees ago :confused:

 

also got a £160 clamp and ticket fine at 3 AM off tottenham court road this w-end... in a huge empty road for residents parking...

 

It is almost a joke going in to london these days... Who F$%g clamps a Sup a 3AM I was Sooooooooo angry and gave the camden council so much shit! what a bunch of nob suckers

This is what the o2 sensors look like, mine are a 1 wire and a widebans sensor but yours will look roughly the same, i need to get my wiring diagrams out later to post which wire you need to tap into.

I have the colour codes as the white wire is the o2 signal and the rest are heater and earth but my colours come in as

black with red band - heater

black with blue band - heater

brown - earth

white - o2 signal
