JIMBOW1
i know it has been asked time and time b4:giveup: but i cant seem to find a straight answer if you do a double de-cat on a n/a, will it make the car slower and run rough???? any help will be great
Lewis
no and no You can listen all day to backpressure arguments if you like. There are theoretical disadvantages to doing it but you are talking VERY minor. So long as you dont go sticking a 3" exhaust on as well then it will be fine In all honesty, I would just do the 2nd in terms of bang-4-buck

Supradan
I guess that means unless your mothers, brothers, cousins, mates ,sisters dog is an mot tester you will have to put it back on!!
Prof. Monkey
Get a XERD Header or one of Nic's up and coming group buys, this gets rid of the primary cat and gives the car more power. Worked for me, sounds lovely and goes lovely......

Todd
If you just do the 2nd cat will it still pass the mot or will you need to put cat back on? I have an N/A with the rear car removed and it passed the MOT with no issues at all, the tester was not exactly the warm and fuzzy kind either
