Looks like whoever last took my steering wheel off, didnt fit the centre part (the bit with the horn buttons and Toyota logo) back properly. As on one side it sticks out forwards about 1-2cm. It hasnt got a airbag or anything.. Is it simply a few screws at the back of it to remove it? Then reposition, and screw back in? You can see the gap for accessing the screw in the pic : http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/1585/p10100582ex.th.jpg Once the screw is out the cover just pulls off/pushes on.
