Wheel arch screws

Hello,

 

Does anyone know where to buy the hex washer head screws the connect the wheel arch liners together, or at least the exact size. Everything I search is either to wider screw thread or not long enough. Also the black plastic clips that they go through to connect the liners and hold them to the car body.

 

Just getting round to starting my aerotop project and wanted to refresh a lot of the screws bolts that have seen better days.
