Steering wheel spacer on an airbag steering wheel?

I have a celica steering wheel with airbag and would like to extend the wheel about 1-2". Is there an adapter or spacer that would fit the OEM axel of the steering wheel?

 

I know there's alot of spacer for aftermarket wheels but is there any for OEM wheels?
