JAE 2015: Important all attendees must read

Hi,

 

Only a few days to go now, so there are a few things I need you all to do:

1. Read the FAQ Thread. Do everything that it says. It's absolutely essential that you do, or you may not come prepared (or worse still get your food and drink allocation).

 

2. PM me if you are a vegetarian. If you don't do this, I won't cater for you in the shopping list and you'll be hungry.

 

3. Make sure you have printed your entry ticket, or are prepared to pay on the gate. Your club stand pass will be handed over by me when you get there.

 

4. Note that Thursday night is not a club funded drinking night. Technically Thursday is a set up night but it would be great to see lots of you there. Essentially, If you want to drink Thursday night, please bring your own.
