Weird Question

Hi Guys,

 

This is going to sound like an odd question, but does anyone have any pictures of a Supra sprayed metallic black? My car is getting resprayed metallic black, but for the life of me, I just can't picture what it will look like and would appreciate some idea of the finished job.

 

Any pics would be most appreciated cheers.

 

One other thing before I forget. Did anyone go to a meet down in Minehead a few weeks ago. I know a meet was being arranged and I saw a fleet of Supra heading that way.

or someone like that has a black with slight gold flip in it. closest example i can think of on here

The black Supra that belongs to Frank (Dude's "mate") is Ford Panther black, which is a metallic colour.

Showing my ignorance, I always took it that non metallic were flat, non shiney colours and metallic were deep and shiney.

Metal powder, often bronze or aluminum, added to paint to make it both reflective and increase its protectiveness.

Thanks for the pointers guys. I have taken a look at a couple of pics and am pleased with my decision to go metallic. The pics I have seen look well cool. I will post some pictures of my Supra as soon as the respray has been done.
