Aircon/Interior Fan Switches

Hi

 

My Interior Fan Switches are not behaving themselves.

 

If I try turn the fan speed up it stays at low, I then go through a little routine of Push Off Then Defrost then the fan speed will be on full and I can change to blow through the normal vents and can turn the fan speed down but cant turn it back up again.

 

While off not all of the buttons seems to work such as Auto etc but once I get it going through the Off + Defrost routine they all seem to work.

 

Any suggestions ?

 

The Traction control button also does not work but it is stuck in the off position so not too worried about that one
