Brake warning light on

Hi guys, after a bit of help finding the problem to what is causing brake warning light to be on.

Had the calipers refurbed and fluid changed recently, did about 500 miles over a weekend and then light came on just as I was pulling up at home.

Did some searches on here and thought it may be low fluid based on what I found. Had brakes inspected to make sure nothing more serious, all was fine no leaks and discs and pads nearly new. Fluid was just below max, even so topped up to just above max as some guys have done on here but light still on.

Tried to source a new sensor that clips into the reservoir as it's being MOT'd next Sat but local Toyota (jokers) tried to sell me whole engine loom for 2k, helpful!

Any ideas and would it fail MOT for warning light if no apparent fault?

Also brightness on both main triangle and brake exclamation warning changes when handbrake is applied so doesn't seem to be linked to that.
