Need garage or outside space to rent

Hi guys, I need temporarily a garage, double garage or ample outside space anywhere within 30 miles of London (Kent, Herfordshire, Watford, Essex, etc) to carry out an engine conversion on my car as I live in inner London and them damn terraced houses don't have garages, grrrrr. Willing to discuss rental rates and length. Kinda urgent, so please let me know what you have.
