ringtone prob

Generally they send you the ringtone in a text where it gives you the option to save the tone. Then all you do is open up the gallery, select the tone and select the option to use as ringtone. Alternatively, once its saved go into profiles (or whatever thesection is called on the seimans) and select it that way.

I bought a ringtone once and I was sent a text with a link to a WAP page that you then go to and it downloads the ringtone. I think the recorders are a bit rubbish. Like cardiffsupra says its better to connect it to your PC and transfer them across. I've got Thundercats and Fraggle Rock!!

although dnloads from computer with USB are the way to go for clarity etc, makiing your own is a lot of fun...ive recorded my exhaust with my son reving it, which works well but even better when edited on comp.....best one IMO and the one you realy want when someone rings you when you are in the checkout queue at Tescos is something like Ive got now - i got my wife and her sister to make slapping noises interspaced with lots of 'ows', 'harder' and the odd 'spank me big boy' etc - its hilarious, but doesnt go down well in meetings with clients etc...posibilities are endless

thanks for replies guys , only this one just cost £3 , so i need to find out how to get it as the main ringtone .

the book that came with the phone a total waste of time , might take it into town to one of the phone shops , it should be a bit of piss for them to do.

cheers peter

result on the ringtone after messing about all day .

in the end i phoned orange , the gprs was not activated so although the ringtone was received i could not direct it to a folder and then to the ringer.

fair play to orange customer services , the fella showed real patience .

but i wont be spending £3 for any more .

thanks for all your bits of advice throughout the day .
