Are tere any air intake differences between the JDM/USDM TT

Okay, aside from the MAF sensor on the usdm Supra, is there any other differences between them? I ask because I am selling my JDM air intake setup and want to be sure it will fit a USDM Supra TT if someone wants to use it on that.

JDM Series 2 also has the sensor.

 

Series 1 doesn't, however I have sold a JDM Series 1 air box to a Series 2 guy who is going to modify it to fit (two bolt holes from the look of it).

 

On the intake side, not sure. However Series 1 to 2 differs, the throttle body is different as S2 doesn't have an IACV, the modules themselves are also called something else. S1 = ETSC, S2 = ETSC-i.
