Steve Posted July 30, 2005 Share Posted July 30, 2005 Yeah there should be some level marks on the tank. Fill up the rad, get all the air out of the system. I just kept squeezing the bottom pipe and the heater pipes to force the air out (with engine running and heater on full). When cold top up the expansion tank and go driving. Just keep your eye on the tank for a while as it may draw more water from it if there is some air still trapped in the system. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
