White smoke when hot???

I've had the car de-catted for a while now, but yesterday was the first time I'd really driven it hard since they were taken out.

So scenario is - spirted driving for a while - then engine is left ticking over for approx 2 mins...Everything is mighty warm (oil temp around 95 ish), blip the throttle and I get a cloud of white smoke from the exhaust...not a huge amount though - had it been a cooler day I would have said that this would have been the normal "steam" you get when the engine is first switched on...however surely not when the air temp is around 25??

I've heard that removing the cats can sometimes result in smoke from a warn engine...but I would have though this would be blue smoke....

Any ideas?

Thanks
