LOGIE Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 My speedo needle on my '99 Rav4 starts to wave up and down at motorway speeds (60-70mph) It does not do this all the time and is fine at lower speeds, however the faster I go the worse it gets.
