does this really go to the pressure tank? thaught went to the charcol canister?

i removed my charcol canister a while ago now.

 

one of the pipes went from the charcol canister, to a hard pipe along the bulkhead, then to the turbo side.

 

i removed this and blocked it off, as what i thaught was supost to do.

 

 

ive just saw this diagram, and the pipe that says "to pressure tank" im pritty sure is the 1 ive blocked off?

 

 

am i correct or is the pic on about the same thing as me?

 

i dont have my car here to double check on about the same part but im 80% sure thats the pipe i blocked as it was going to the charcol canister?
