Cheap CCTV Recorder.

I need to replace my ageing VHS video recorder that i use for my CCTV camera, so i guess its going to be a hard drive type,

now i have looked but so far i can't seem to find exactly what i want.

First will i be able to just convert the camera input (scart) to whatever input the new recorder takes?

second, i want something with an output for a TV rather than a PC.

Third, they all seem to be four channel, but i don't really need that many, two would be enough.

Fourth, it has to be cheap;)

 

So any suggestions for a solution would be welcome:)
